I do not have enough kind words to say about Jen, as she truly is just a shining star in the world of real estate. Her upbeat positive personality and her bright smile are always such a warm welcome when she brings clients through my door. I have had the chance to work with hundreds of agents, but Jen stands out in my mind as one of the elite. I know that all of her clients just love her as well. She has the non-pressure disposition, while at the same time has the ability to control the transaction. As we all know, buying a home can be a very stressful process-Jen has demonstrated how she can make the experience fun and professional at the same time. The girl is always on  her A-game which is certainly a must in this business.

I sold my property "For Sale By Owner" last week. I only had the house on the market for 2 weeks but it took nearly a month to close with problems popping up every couple days. The closing was awful, so bad that we never even celebrated the sale. We just moved on and tried to forget the whole experience. I will never again sell a house without using a realtor(hopefully you). I know now how important it is to have a professional realtor.

My husband was being transferred with his company to the Charlotte metro area. We were coming from the Hartford Ct area and did not know much about the area, other than what material I could get my hands on to read and the internet. I stumbled upon Jens website and that was the beginning of our wonderful experience together. My husband had relocated before us to corporate housing while we sold our house  back in Connecticut. I came down only once to see the area and the neighborhoods. Jen was there to pick me up at the airport and give me the grand tour of this beautiful area. I felt as if I knew her forever when I finally met her. She listened to what our criteria was and learned our likes and dislikes very quickly. She worked tirelessly with us for almost 8 months while our house was on the market. It finally sold and we needed to find a home in 4 weeks and she made it happen. We had such a smooth transition with Jen and found a beautiful home and great schools for our children to attend. She made the buying process effortless. She even found us a lawyer for the closing and worked with the mortgage lender to speed up our transaction. Not to mention the advice on writing and negotiating the offer. We also purchased this home with Jen's and my husbands eyes. I was unable to get down to view the property. Because she knew my likes and dislikes I trusted her. My husbands co workers could not believe that he purchased the house without me seeing it. Unbelievable!  She even went as far as to give me a recommendation for a job with the schools. We are now friends with the sellers of the home we bought and Jen is now a part of our family as well.
