Jen has lived in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. She was raised in the town of Matthews, became a newlywed in Monroe, and has most recently become a resident of Waxhaw. She is happily married to her best friend Rich, a local landscaper & grading contractor, and has an adorable Yorkshire Terrier named Monster Truck.

In early 2006, Jen was presented with the "Eagle Award" by her peers at Keller Williams. This award is highly prized throughout Keller Williams and is given to a person who shows spirit and teamwork throughout each day of business. In the spring of 2007, she was named "2006 Rookie of the Year" for the North and South Carolina Region. Also in 2007, she was nominated and accepted into the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association's Leadership Development Program. The program is designed to foster leadership potential through team-building activities, public speaking training and meeting with top government and local leaders. It has created multiple network opportunities and many learning experiences that help her in her career as a real estate broker.

Her love for the business and working with people produces energy and excitement easily absorbed by her clients & peers.
